Dear fans and customers.
Thank you for your support over the last couple of years, it has been a great time, and I have certainly learned a lot from the experience! But unfortunately things have to change, my many years as a student is finally coming to an end and who knows where that will take me.
Better Bus is looking for new management.
Are you keen to enter the world of business? But perhaps don’t have any real life experience? Have a love of clubbing and going out? Have great people skills, at all hours of the night?
Better Bus is looking for an individual or group of people to take over.

Friday 7th May
Slight change of plan for tonight, if you were hoping to go to Panache, I must apologise, the night organisers have moved to a club called Prive, and so the deals on offer are a little different, but the night should be even better!!
Prive is a great bar / club on King Street, less than 5 minutes walk from the bus stop (click on the logo to go to the website) and they are hosting Mr Hudson with special guest Tinie Tempah!!
Better Bus customers get entry for £5 (instead of £7) and if you bring a NUS you'll get cheaper drinks. I am hoping to get you all some Free drinks as you arrive, but I'll have to confirm that for you later.
It's looking like it's going to be a great night!

I've had a lot of interest for a coach to run on Friday 7th May. Due to the universities in Bristol breaking up and being on exams, Syndicate will not be offering their usual night or deals. As an alternative the club promotors are having a night just next door at Panache.
Panache is a great (smaller) club (but still much better than anything in Bath!) and they are offering Better Bus passengers £4 entry, Q-Jump entry, Free Shots! and Free access to the VIP area and booths!

If you have already purchased your tickets for Faithless at the Syndicate tonight from the Breakaway Events team. Don't worry about booking your coach ticket, just meet us at the coach. We are leaving at 9pm from the East Car Park at Bath University and then will collect people from Oldfield Park as soon as we can after that.

Why not celebrate the end of exams in Bristol on Friday the 29th, coaches will leave Bath from 9pm and take you right to the centre of all the action, minutes from all the big clubs and some great bars.

Sorry everybody, but due to heavy snow and unpredictable weather I have had to cancel this Friday's trip, I don't want to, but I feel that cancelling it now will give everyone enough time to make alternative arrangements. I wouldn’t want to spring it on you on Friday.

Website Update:
It has been brought to our attention that sometimes when purchasing tickets, the final receipt page shows you have bought double your intended purchase. It is in fact not the case, this is a bug with the website and we are trying to fix it!

Friday 6th November
If you are feeling sick... use a sick bag!
Due to a serious incidence on Monday’s coach, we are now enforcing a strict £50 clean up charge for anyone who is sick on the coach. If you, or your friend, are feeling unwell, please use the sick bags provided or ask the driver to stop the coach and go outside.
This is disgusting, takes hours to clean and prevents the coach from being used the following day. In the past it has never been this bad and the coach company has been happy to absorb the cost. This is no longer the case and as from today a £50 clean up charge, payable on the night, will now be in force.
I’m sorry to have to announce this bad news, but a minority of people are determined to ruin everyone else’s night.

I'm trying out a new map of Bristol's clubs for the "where to go" page, rather than bombard you with so much to look at (like the old one) this one should be easier to use. Let me know what you think, but please have some patience with it.
Friday 23rd October
New exciting deals from Oceana!
When you buy a ticket you are given a unique ticket code. Bring this code with you when you board the coach and we'll give you a stamp on your wrist.
This stamp is your return ticket but it can also get you deals at clubs in Bristol.
Oceana will give you £1 off the entry, free VIP access and a queue jump to the front on their massive student thursdays.
Just show the stamp at the door.

This thursday enjoy the best R&B and Urban music at Panache, one of Bristol's best student clubs. Great drink deals and great music. What more could you ask for?
Tickets for thursday have been selling quickly, so don't wait till the last minute to get them.
Sunday 11th October
Thursdays are always massive student nights in Bristol, with all the big clubs doing great deals and cheap entry.
But with many people working or having early lectures the next day, it isn't for everyone.
Worry not my friends! We're now doing Friday nights as a regular thing. Check out the booking page for details of upcoming trips.

Our first trip of the year is off to Bristol this thursday, and there are some huge acts out there for you.
First up is Oceana, whose famous thursday student night is now called Vanity, has the massive up and coming Migraine Skank, who'll be performing live.
And not to be out done by this, Panache lay host to DJ Luck and MC Neat. The Synidcate is also back on the scene with a thursday student night called Playground, set to be another massive student event!
With so much choice on offer why would you not want to go to Bristol?
Friday 2nd October
Bath University Freshers Fair, another great success, lots of interest and people keen to get on trips. It's looking like a good year. £8 for a return ticket to Bristol is very cheap, book your tickets early to avoid disappointment! We're updating the book tickets page all the time.
There are some trips up already, we sell seats 1 coach at a time (blocks of 50), so if it is full, please tick the "email notification" box and we'll email you as soon as new seats go online.

Welcome to Bath all you Freshers 2009!!
We hope you've managed to settle in nicely don't be nervous about all your weird and wonderful housemates you're going to have such a good time! Just enjoy yourselves.
And welcome back to all the returning students trying to crash Freshers week. Remember not to work too hard this year.
We have something special for you all this year. Bristol has undergone a makeover and the clubs are ready for you!
Last year we took over 1000 students to Bristol. This year we are hoping to do much better with coaches going any night of the week!
Just let us know when you want to go and we'll see if we can add a trip. If you want to book a coach privately we book so many coaches that we can get you a good discount.
Come and find us at the Bath Spa Fresher's Fair on Wednesday and the Bath Uni Fresher's Fair on Friday. Hopefully many of you will have already received our flyers.
